  • First time: Arrested from Jhapa on Sunday, March 3, 2027.
  • First arrest: at Jhapa police station.
  • Between 2027 and 2030: 10 more arrests over and over again.

  • Prison life begins on September 8, 2030.
  • First experience: Rautahat Gaur Jail, Gaur Police Station, only 2 days.
  • After that, Birgunj police station was run in Birgunj jail.
  • Bhadragol Jail to be run in Kathmandu on December 26, 2030.
  • After 3 days, Central Jail Golghar will be opened on the 11th.
  • From 11 December 2030 to 16 April 2032 at Central Jail Golghar. And, then out of the roundhouse.
  • To run Nakhu Jail in 2033 BS.
  • In the Central Prison Roundhouse in December 2033.
  • Outside the roundhouse in May 2036.
  • To run Nakhu Jail again in March 2037.
  • To run Pokhara Jail on 3rd January, 2039.

  • In the debate on whether to wage armed struggle or peaceful struggle within the then Communist Party of Nepal during the Jhapa Uprising of 2027 BS, he
  • The ideological stance that change can be achieved only through peaceful struggle. Despite having different views, the party has been embroiled in armed struggle with its head held high.
  • During the long period of his prison life from 2030 BS to 2044 BS, he wrote about the activities of the party through various mediums and programs of struggle.
  • It has been confirmed that these suggestions have been having far-reaching effects with the current schedule of sending suggestions through letters.
  • In the Jana Andolan held in 2046 BS, the United Left Front took over the Lumbini Zone Front.
  • In connection with the formation of the People's Multi-Party Democratic Program passed by the Fifth National General Convention of the CPN (UML) held in 2049 BS.
  • Comrade Madan Bhandari was instrumental in preparing the program.
  • He presented his ideology on the issue of democratization of the Communist Party at the 7th National General Convention of the CPN (UML) in 2059 BS.
  • Today, all the communist and other democratic parties of Nepal have adopted the programmatic proposal as the basic policy.
